Very disappointing experience. I provided tax returns as requested but no response whatsoever after a week. I sent follow up email but no response. I would not recommend. This was a very frustrating experience.
he is an expert in his field! He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest to make sure you get the best loan deal with the most positive attitude. He was always available when I would contact him via phone or email and responded promptly. And I had A LOT of questions throughout the entire process. One thing that stood out to me was his excitement to educate me on everything to the point where I now feel like an expert.
