We ordered 8" pre-stained pine flooring for two bedrooms from Pro Pin about 8 weeks ago. We received our order two weeks ago and had it installed last week. Our installer, a carpenter with many years of experience, was very complimentary of the quality of the flooring. J’ai effectué pour près de 10 000 $ d’achats chez eux. Lorsqu’un léger défaut est apparu sur moins de 5 % de ma commande, je m’attendais à un minimum de professionnalisme. Au lieu de cela, j’ai été traité de manière irrespectueuse : ils m’ont parlé sur un ton inacceptable et sont même allés jusqu’à m’insulter. Lorsque je lui ai demandé pourquoi il me parlait ainsi, il a nié, puis a simplement quitté sans jamais s’excuser. Une expérience très décevante, surtout compte tenu du volume d’achats.
Le services affreux sens parler du boss qui es pogner par endedans 🤣🤣 savent pas parler a leur employées surtouts les nouveaux ! Merci et bonne chances aux prochain qui veut faire carriere labas!
