Bought beams and rough pine from them a couple times, product is priced well. Will buy again. Staff are very accommodating given my complete inability to speak french. Very helpful yard staff, quick and responsive with quotes.
Acheter local, j'y crois vraiment. J'ai acheté un lot de planches vendredi mais en retournant au magasin avec l'une d'elles, brisée durant le transport voir le noeuds en question. Jai parlé à Jean-Philippe Nadeau, qui se dit gestionnaire. Il m'a répondu de manière arrogante qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Sauf m'en vendre une autre. SERIEUX

Le service après vente n est pas correct. Comme si c était normal de recevoir une planche ayant une forme de banane et que cela va se résorber comme par magie à force de la regarder! 😒 très déçue, première et dernière fois - je ne vous recommande pas cette entreprise.
