I have been going to this particular clinic for different reasons over the years. Always very satisfied. For the past few months I get treatments from this physiotherapist Erik Chen. He is fantastic. I like his approach and he always gives me good advices. His personality is so pleasant. He takes his time and I don’t feel rushed. One patient at a time according to our needs. I always look forward to my appointment because I know he will give me good advices and a great treatment. Thank you Erik for your good care!

I had my first physio on Jan. 21, 2025 at the end was supposed to get the exercise instruction. They said it would be sent by email but nobody bothered to do it . Went in person again today to ask for the same just to be told the physiotherapist will send it. However nothing happen. Wonder what’s the point of going to the physio, paying and not getting instruction sheet for the exercise. This is not professional. This has been huge disappointment in the place and stuff.

I much appreciate the various treatments received from Eric Chen over the last few months: from the TENS to Suction cups to massage when needed. Eric has been truly instrumental in speeding up my recovery following a motor vehicle accident.
