Ive been trying to reschedule at this physio since febuary 13th. Today, i finally get through just to have someone HANG UP ON ME TWICE! Super unprofessional to say the least. Prutha Malavia is great physiotherapist at Proplus Physio on Strandherd Drive. She did thorough assessment and clearly explained the issue to me. I had many questions regarding my recent slip and fall injury and she attentively listened to my concerns. She offered treatment plan with personalized exercises as well as effective pain management techniques. She has positive attitude. The scheduler messed up the whole appointment and afterwards they said there is no appointment available for those days. They should improve the way of scheduling or booking appointments
