Philippe McNeely is an excellent physiotherapist. He has helped me recover from an injury on more than one occasion. He’s always attentive and generous with his time. I recommend him highly. Hats off to the rest of the staff at the Centre.
I should have done this a long time ago. This is my second time seeing Shimpalee. I need to say this. She is obviously very educated in this field. She is able to diagnose injuries through her full knowledge of her work. She has helped me through my last injury and walks me through with visuals to help me understand what happened and how to help. She is an angel creating miracles.

I cannot recommend Philippe McNeely highly enough! After breaking my foot, I was terrified I wouldn't regain full mobility, but Philippe put those fears to rest. From my first appointment, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He designed a tailored recovery plan that challenged me while perfectly respecting my healing process. Thanks to his expert guidance and hands-on care, I’ve made a full recovery and am back to the activities I love. The entire staff at the clinic is welcoming and professional.
My experience at pro physio was amazing the staff was super friendly and the physiotherapist I had her name is Shimplee she took amazing care of me and my back pains all I know is if I ever need physiotherapy again pro physio is where I am going and going to my physiotherapist Shimplee
