I had a major accident in which I cut my arm deep , cutting muscles , tendons and ligaments . After surgery I went here and so glad I did . My physiotherapist Shimpalee was amazing . She was very empathetic and understanding , but still pushed me to keep up with my rehabilitation. From zero movement over a year ago to full mobility and no pain now .

Went here for back and hip pain, the physiotherapist iced and heat padded my back, and sent me home without any exercises or active physio performed. They were unable to retrieve my x-rays from my doctor (doc confirmed they sent them) after two weeks, and at the next appointment all they did was put electrodes on my back. They said they would call me when they received my x-rays, but I haven't received a call from them in two weeks. I spent many weeks coming to this clinic and each of the physiotherapists and assistants were so welcoming and empathetic. On top of providing excellent care they work hard to make you feel comfortable while in the clinic. I 100% made the right choice coming to Pro Physio Gloucester :)

As a lifelong athlete and blue collar worker I unfortunately have a lot of experience with physiotherapy. I highly recommend this clinic. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Shimpalee and Phil. They have guided my recovery through various injuries. This team of therapists and assistants is very knowledgeable and professional.
