I regret to share my unfortunate experience at Pro Physio&Sport medicine centres Carling. Despite my mild and painless sole foot problem, the misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatment approach resulted in unexpected knee pain after six sessions. I advise exercising caution when considering this clinic for your physiotherapy needs.

This hidden gem of a physiotherapy clinic is well situated on Carling Avenue in the West end at Woodruff avenue, with simple bus service and ample parking. Attention has been made to co-vid protocols within the clinic, with spacious entrance, hallways, as well as rooms with doors. The staff at this location is awesome, especially, the lady at the front desk. She assisted me with the procedure and paper work for my injury claims. It helped to relieve some of the stress from the car accident that happened to my family. Thank you for your help, the sweet front desk European lady. (I forget her name).

I'm suffering from a trigger finger for a while now, I went to this clinic with referral, and they're able to book me the next day. This is my 5th sessions and I've improved so much. The staff are very kind and professional, I'm very thankful for the great service I got from them.
