William est un trésor dans cette clinique. D’une patience exceptionnelle, toujours à l’écoute, il sait mettre à l’aise dès les premières minutes. Il est posé, doux, très professionnel et on sent qu’il aime vraiment aider les gens.Chaque séance avec lui m’a apporté autant sur le plan physique que mental. Un grand merci à lui pour sa bienveillance et son sérieux des qualités rares et précieuses. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
Ayant reçu un diagnostique d’arthrose sévère en mars dernier, j’ai contacté la clinique Universelle pour y recevoir des soins de physiothérapie et d’ergothérapie. D’avril à juin 2025, les services reçus de Morgane et William ont été exceptionnels, me permettant de récupérer la plupart de mes facultés de souplesse et de flexibilité. J’en suis très reconnaissant à leur égard.
l’accueil est excellente, la réceptionniste est toujours souriante. je peux pas demander mieux que William il prend son travail à cœur et mets toute en œuvre pour que ma guérison soit une réussite. merci et lâchez pas la gang
