Adrian is fantastic! I came to him to help resolve shoulder/back pain that was impacting my paddling sport. His approach to my injury was very sport focused, assessing where my mobility was locked up and was able to release a lot of the tension and give me practical exercises and stretches to work on. He is also great at explaining what he is doing and why, which is extra motivating when it comes to doing exercises and stretching homework.
Highly recommend Adrian at Pro physio, great service and very knowledgeable.
I started with Adrian after leaving rehab for an open fracture ankle. His excellent treatment over 2 months enabled me to go on an expedition cruise, and a trip through Portugal and Spain involving lots of walking and steps on very uneven surfaces. I had no problems and no pain. People didn’t believe I was doing this so soon after the fracture. I went back to him as I found that in extreme movement I had some discomfort. I was really happy with all my appointments, he really helped me out with my sport injuries. Adrian is a friendly, nice and a professional physiotherapist! I really enjoyed all our sessions and I would definitely recommend him Cheers Jasper :)
