Cannot say enough positive things about Pro Physical Therapy in Mills River, NC!! Appreciate that a therapist is dedicated to you for a full 45 minutes, unlike other physical therapy locations I have been to in the past where they’re dealing with multiple patients at once. Not only has ProPT improved my fitness, they have equipped me with knowledge to manage my situation in the future. 10 out of 10!

Almost Perfect!!! There is an ease getting appointments, communication with changing appointment time or day, co-pays and reaching someone quickly during business hours. Therapists are knowledgeable, think outside-the-box for individual needs, open to communication with ordering doctors or other specialist, listen attentively to the patients requests/ ideas/ and concerns. These people in Mills River are all-stars. They genuinely care, work with you, support you, and applaud your success. The entire team (and I mean everyone in that organization) is focused on your well-being. They are simply the very best.

Having experienced Physical Therapy previously at other facilities with limited positive results I was skeptical that this time would be different. I was wrong. The staff at Pro Physical Therapy in Mills River took a genuine interest in finding a treatment that would work. They were positive, encouraging and very professional. They sincerely listened to me when I became discouraged at a minor setback and offered positive feedback that got me back on track. I can’t say enough positive things about them!
