Great people, and the SAM unit is awesome.i recommend any vets or just anyone that has knee problems. In addition I have shoulder issues and it has helped with that also. I highly recommend it.
Great experience! I went to a follow up doctor appointment today and they suggested a brace after my results were in for my condition to Promed Ortho. Within a hour I received a call from a very professional young lady named Taylor who was very pleasant to speak with. Minutes later into the conversation she informed me I would have my brace the same day and just a few hours later it showed up. Medical Devices Are provided they're Based in Dallas, ProMed Ortho serves DFW, Texas, and the entire United States by providing excellent customer service and more! I luv this place they work with my insurance (DOL)to provide me with everything I need. Try them out for urslf.
It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t got my quad cane. The first time I called no one could tell me when it would get delivered. Now no one answers and voicemail is full.
