Very poor customer service. Can’t get a hold of no one on the phone. Not even the services lines answer. I made an order for some tires and it’s already been 4 business days and I haven’t even got a tracking number yet.

Every single member of the team of Pro-Line Racing have been outstanding to work with over the years. Their communication has been outstanding, consistent and reliable. The event they throw "By the Fire" is an incredible gathering of RC enthusiasts with impressively designed events, fun courses and competitions, and surprisingly valuable prizes. Highly recommendable, definitely worth attending if you love RC cars! Their video & social media guy Robert is particularly awesome. Great company.
