I stopped in looking for an extra set of wheels and tires for road riding on my Giant gravel bike. The team gave me several options across a wide price range and clearly explained the differences. I picked a set that same day, and once the wheels arrived, they set everything up while I waited. I just took them out for a spin and couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate the time they took to walk me through my options and make sure everything was perfect. Thanks!
Great service - with a focus on what I was asking for rather than trying to make something they had on hand work. In the end they figured out a solution for my needs and gave me a full-service solution. Definitely recommend. Lots of knowledgeable people on staff. All real riders so their experience goes a long way in credibility.

It’s a bike shop! The term “bike shop” invokes the feeling of belonging to a community of people who enjoy the greatest sport on the planet. After walking into Pro Form for the first time, I could tell that this was the place to shop for all of my cycling needs. Nick could not have been more helpful. I will be returning soon.
Best / most trustworthy bike service in town. I’ve been using the shop for a couple years, and I recently tried a DIY brake bleed the day before a race and broke my bike. They got me in same day and had my lever/brake lines/disc brake replaced by mid afternoon the same day. Can’t recommend proform enough. Love the owners. Ken and Nick (and the rest of the squad) in the shop are also great. 12/10 would recommend
