I recently had an expert tune up for my bike. They did have the job done earlier than expected...but that might have been because they didn't complete everything listed in the expert tune up. They didn't really clean the frame. They were supposed to clean and lube the drivetrain. They cleaned the chain but there is still dirt / sand in the gears...like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Not what I expected for the price.
We stopped in with some general questions about e-bikes, and the gentleman who helped us, his name was Dave, was very knowledgeable and helpful give us some great information.
Recently went into their new location to order a wheel for my bike. After some back and forth, they had found a wheel to match what was being replaced. Was quoted a price to within a few dollars and everything was ordered. Upon arrival, I was informed that I was to cover the cost of shipping which was half the price of the wheel. Well, I’ve been looking over some of these bad reviews and I’m not sure what to think. However, I went in there because I needed a bike rack ASAP as the one I had wasn’t working properly and I was moving out of state they sold me a wonderful back rack helped me install it super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to describe the detail details that a lot of people might not have so I’m given five stars.
This shop is wonderful! The employees are personable, care about their work, and are experts in their field! They provided excellent service for my bike at an affordable cost, and continued to give me great tips on how to improve the bike and care for it properly. Very happy with this business! Highly recommend!
