Ken is amazing! It’s clear that he’s not in this for the money. He genuinely wants to help people and has a true love for cycling. Three different people recommended this shop/Ken to me, and after my experience, I can confidently recommend it too. Ken helped me with a bike fitting, new crank arms, and a waxed chain. A few weeks ago I went in to have a new cassette put on a wheel, which of course meant removing the old cassette first. For removing the old cassette and installing the new one, the bill was $10. Today I went in to have a cassette removed from an old wheel and put on a new wheel. This time the bill was $20. When I asked why it was double compared to a few weeks ago, the woman told me that they didn't charge me enough-that it was $10 to remove a cassette from the old wheel and $10 to put it on the new one.
