I reached out to Pro Coffee Gear about getting service on my Breville machine at home. Unfortunately, they don't service Breville products; however, the team still spent the time to provide me with great guidance on where I could find service through Breville and gave me tips on how I could probably do what I needed DIY and pointed me to the resources I'd need to do that. What an amazing customer experience - Pro Coffee Gear couldn't sell me a service but they still helped me achieve what I was trying to do. Amazing.
Wes and his team are true pros! They helped us source vintage coffee equipment that had been refurbished to perfection. Great support, advice, communication, and value.

When I was doing my research on coffee and espresso equipment, I was all over the place looking for a company that would educate me along with the sale. Owner Wes went above and beyond the education. He asked thorough questions about my business plans, demographics, budget, etc. So as to customize what we needed in our shop. Danny and crew are simply the best. I purchased a reconditioned Polaris Extra Expresso machine and couldn’t be happier. Saved some bucks off a new one.
