Eddy did a fantastic job repairing our espresso machine. He actually took the time to do more then was asked very professional
Gabby at ProCoffee Gear completely turned around what could have been a frustrating experience. I received a Fiorenzato F71 grinder that arrived damaged from shipping. From hundreds of miles away, Gabby handled the return and exchange quickly, clearly, and without any hassle. Communication was prompt and professional the entire time, and the situation was resolved far faster than I expected. Really appreciate the excellent customer service — it made a big difference. Ordered one of our grinders from them, upon reaching out and receiving quick response from their chat team, alongside a discount. Machine came in timely, but UPS had damaged the package, and resulting in damaged forks on my grinder. Of course I reached out to customer support, in which Gabby was quick to help. Within 10 minutes, replacement parts were en route, alongside a tech ticket formed.
