I picked up a Rocket in the sales but I had to travel internationally so I reached out to the team and got Christine from their customer success team. She was so pleasant to work. The whole Pro Coffee Gear team was easy to work with and kept me updated on the timeline of getting my machine refurbished and shipped. They were also very helpful in answering a follow-up question I had regarding some of the machine specs that weren't in the online operating manual. Nice work guys!
