First Time vehicle owner, and I went in for an out of province inspection, and they were lovely! The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet, and the mechanic (Derek? I think?) walked me through exactly each thing that was wrong and why in simple non-car person vocabulary. Over all 10/10 experience
Best place to go for any service for vehicles.
Took my old car there for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted 450 dollars. Twenty minutes later they called and I need new brake lines and drums??? and it will cost 1300. I said forget it and my neighbour checked my brakes. Found out I needed a new brake caliper. Bought the pads, rotors and calipers online and paid a private mechanic to install. Saved over 1000. Parts are not expensive and took 1.5 hours labour.
Booked our car in for repair.. replaced shocks and struts.. excellent service! A job well done.. car drives like new!!
