We had scheduled an appointment. In fact my husband scheduled it and requested a time and date per Patti they were wide open...so figured they would be there on time 30 minutes after no one showed my husband reached out. Apparently the wife opened schedulemust have been overland with something else. They said someone would be there within the hour. Again no one called or communicated with my husband.
