Overcharged my mother . We have this lady on phone recording, home webcam and text. She promised over and over again thinking my mother wouldn’t fight it because she is disabled. We have her on webcam putting her other business in moms Wells Fargo Zelle account knowing full well that she can’t reimburse the overcharge she requested with the promise of reimbursement .
