Just went there today because my bike breaks were off and John and Natalie were the sweetest and kindest folks ever. Made my day
Had an awesome experience at this shop! John and Joseph went above and beyond to get my bike dialed in—I've seriously never had this level of attention to detail before. They took the time to explain everything, and you can tell they really care about the work they do. Super friendly atmosphere too. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
I can’t say enough about Pro Bikes. Federico went above and beyond to get my daughter’s bike fixed in time for Christmas. She had just had back surgery and all she wanted was to ride her bike again. Pro bikes made one of her biggest Christmas wishes come true!!!
Highly recommend Pro Bikes! John and his crew are super knowledgeable. They happily explain and teach you about each service they perform on your bike.
