10/10 - If I could give more stars, I would! I went in today to get my 2yo son his first bicycle not knowing what to expect. John and D at the shop were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the parts of the bike in detail. It was obvious that they really care about their customers. They even showed my son how to ride it. We left the store with a big grin on my son’s face. Thank you for such a wonderful experience as we bought his first bike! I and my cycling do not fall into ProBikes specialty. I am in my eighties and ride my commuter bike that has been converted into a tricycle. I have received excellent service from ProBikes. John did a spectacular job correcting my errors in the conversion and tuning it up. I now enjoy comfortable exercise rides on my 14 speed tricycle.
