I can't say enough about Doug and his trainers. They are top notch, listen to your needs, and push you as hard as you want to be pushed. They truly care about helping you meet your goals and give you the right tools and attention to help you succeed.
I have always been an active person and what is considered healthy. I started noticing that the older I get the harder it is to lose weight. My husband and I have bern a member of ProBalance since Doug opened his doors, around ten years ago. Doug has multiple certifications and knows body mechanics extremely well. He personalizes the workouts to his clients’ personal needs. For me, we work on core, muscle/strength training and balance. I am able to do so much more physically/sports because of my weekly training sessions. Any physical issues I have had, he has been able to help me address them. His new gym space is terrific!
The team at Pro Balance Fitness & Nutrition have earned a five star rating from me! The individual care is exceptional! Each visit, my coach will listen while I voice any concerns or changes in my goals and then adjust my fitness plan accordingly. I am grateful to have this team come alongside of me as I get stronger each week.
I knew I needed to work out, for physical and mental health, but just couldn’t seem to make it happen on my own. This program has been a life saver for me. Doug pushes me but not beyond what is good for my body. Highly recommend.
