I’ve been seeing Dr. Merlin at Pro Balance since January for numbness in both hands, and the improvement has been incredible. His approach is thoughtful and holistic, incorporating acupuncture, qi gong, herbs, and sound healing. I always feel cared for and supported during each session. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made and highly recommend him!

I’ve been with Dr. Merlin for about 6 months on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. He is a skilled healer with excellent bedside manner. What I appreciate most about his treatments is how informative he is. I now understand the “why” and “how” about my situation. He is organized and flexible and continues to meet me where I’m at in my journey.

Hi, I am a 78 yrs old man, who was suffering with arthritis in my shoulder for over a year. I went through physical therapy, through the pill mill. Nothing worked, then I found Pro Balance with Mr. Merlin william, I tried acupuncture treatments and it worked. I am so grateful I found Merlin! I started acupuncture earlier this year because of chronic and severe neck, back, and shoulder pain. A friend recommended acupuncture, and I was skeptical but willing to try anything to deal with the pain holistically. I can say that within hours and days, my pain is gone. Merlin also creates such a warm, inviting, and healing space. You feel it as soon as you walk into his practice. He takes time to talk and explain the experience and really validates how I'm feeling. I'm so grateful.
