I will miss Shane. He was very thorough. The exercise he gave me are working very well.
I can’t say enough about the team here! Not only did they do their very best to see me in less than two days…you can expect the most pleasant, friendly and clean environment. Everyone is so kind and accommodating! Barbara Lindner (physio) knows her stuff and was really lovely. Thanks Barb!
If I could leave a zero star I would. These people claim to be in the customer service industry and all they did was respond rudely by email saying the error is my fault. I was charged a full cancellation fee, when I did cancel and there was a technical error on the Jane app. I go in and out of service where I work and the administration is completely unprofessional. It's also unreasonable to charge a full booking fee, as they are required to make efforts like booking another client to mitigate any loss. The fact that this w... read more
