Nothing but great experiences! I’ve brought my teenager to the clinic several times for sports injuries and have been so impressed with the treatments and additional advice and exercises provided by the providers he has seen. The online booking and direct billing are super convenient :)
The therapists here are the best, I am very appreciative of their professionalism & caring ways. I would not go anywhere else!!!
I have been going here since September 2023.I can’t say enough about the staff . They are all amazing. When I come for a session they are genuinely concerned and listen to what you tell them in regards to the situation They will explain to you in terms you understand . Honestly I feel so comfortable and confident every time I walk through the door.Thank you to everyone at Proactive!
The Registered Massage Therapists at ProActive are amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, caring and focused on getting me feeling better. Highly recommend them.
they let me use their washrooms, didn’t go in for any appointment or anything. Their washrooms we clean and tidy, the bin for paper towels were next to the door so you didn’t have to use “just washed hands” to open the door. Lovely lady at the front.
