This is my 3rd round of physical therapy at Pro Active. The staff is always amazing !
Professional, courteous service.
My experience is that the physical therapists are great, however the front desk folks are not. I had an appointment for today at 1:20 PM, which I had made last week, had in my calendar, and had blocked off my work calendar for. I got a text yesterday (Sunday) with an appointment reminder but saying 8:40 AM, which there was no way I could do since I have work calls all morning (and never would have scheduled it at that time in the first place).
