Dr Farner is quite amazing. She's very dedicated to her work. I can't say enough about her and her professionalism. I would 1,000% recommend this place for physical therapy especially Dr Farner. Office staff is friendly and they make sure that clients are always taking care of. Thank you so much for an amazing company!!
Very friendly and caring staff. Never once have I felt left behind or questions unanswered. Staff worked at the pace of my recovery and never pushed to make me feel uncomfortable.
Absolute best physical therapy I've had. I went to physical therapy in the past, and feel much more taken care of here. Very thorough, explain everything in detail and also careful and safe. I will definitely recommend them to anyone, especially Luke!
My experience with proactive has been great. They have helped me get through a reverse shoulder replacement. I got so much range of motion back and at the same time and I was able to strengthen my opposite shoulder, which still needs to be replaced. My main therapists have been Nichole and Lucas. They are both really Awesome. I trust them both. In 2024. I went for physical therapy to strengthen my lower back before a complete lumbar revision surgery which I had in April. My mother is currently attending PT here for a post of hip surgery and from what she has told me her PT had no idea why she was coming in so already not being aware of your patient injury after getting the referral notes is lazy and unprofessional. Her meeting 1 on 1 with her lasted only about 5 minutes and then she got sent over to do some exercises with no close supervision to make sure she is doing it correctly or doesn't fall but nope apparently they all gather in the middles of the room and just talk about whatever not ... read more
