I learned from Kitty how small changes really can make a difference. With a desire to lose some weight, I started on a meal plan that she created for me and watched what I was eating and my portion sizes. Through the process I also learned what to look for on food labels in the store and make smarter decisions. I was starting to lose weight each week, even faster than I anticipated. More than the weight loss though, I learned how to properly nourish my body so that I can live healthy every day.
Kitty's niche is that she really listens to where you're coming from, and then helps you make small changes that are actually do-able, so you have long-term, as well as short-term results. She comes highly recommended!

Kitty has worked with me off and on over three years and all of the results have been excellent. When I first met with Kitty, I had been experiencing extreme sleep disturbances over a period of six to eight months, due to a sinus condition. After a month of working with Kitty, my sinuses cleared up and have not been a problem since. As well, I lost approximately 20 pounds, while my craving for sweets disappeared.
