Best place to relieve back pain. Massage and dry needling is absolutely awesome and works better for me than any other form of therapy that is available.
I saw Mark today for very painful back muscles. The dry needling did the trick, and Mark targeted my sore back muscles with precision. I felt immediate and significant relief. Highly recommend Mark for anyone seeking effective muscle pain relief.

Mark Langlands is a true pro. Just the best. He's been treating me for more than ten years. Mostly general well being massage therapy and the odd niggle or two.
