I hired Senft Legal to help recover bodily injury + damages from my SUV vs bicycle accident. The driver's SUV definitely won; my bike & I lost. BUT Jack (atty) & Katie (paralegal) are very good at what they do. Katie is a great listener & does a good job of explaining things step by step, as well as making recommendations for medical practitioners to work with. They are scam artists that only take a case if it's free money. They had clear cut evidence that showed she new i was on the road she intended to turn one way but instead turned a different way and hit me . But because she denied it and they couldn't get a witness they said we can't help u
This company only works on cases that are easy wins. They will not put in the leg work. Even if there is clear evidence unless they have a witness or video evidence
