Dont ever use this company. I've been a loan officer for 19 years and this was the worst experience of my career. I had two DSCR loans with a client that took 62 days to fund. At around day 40 i discovered that we still had 17 conditions that needed to be cleared and there had not been an underwriting review since week one.
