Everyone is extremely helpful and they have a very large stock
I am new to the area. I just left this scrub shop. The customer service was not what I expected given the reviews. I was not assisted or asked if I needed any help. There was another customer in the store that received help and was throughly assisted. First and last time visiting.
purchased multiple Sketchers scrubs from this place, 1 badge holder. 5 out of 7 pairs had be ordered. They told me it takes 2 weeks to get them. After 3 weeks charging my credit card, i called, the store requesting to speak with a manager but they hung up on me. I showed up to the store and got my refund. the owner was a grumpy old lady, not appologetic. Not recommend this place to anyone. Very rude and poor customer service!!
I would definitely recommend it! It was my first time buying scrubs, walked in and immediately received help. The staff and customer service is amazing. Thank you so much for helping me purchase my first pair of scrubs!
