I have been going to PRN in Escondido for 10 weeks - after a total hip replacement. Robert and his staff have been so helpful in showing me appropriate exercises and stretchs and watching me do them so they can critique and offer corrections so I am getting the correct positions for building strength. the facility is nice and has many choices of equipment so you can do different exercises. I recommend this facility.
