I have been dealing with wheelchairs and repair shops for 40 years and I have never dealt with an establishment so poor. Their phone conversations are always rude, as if you shouldn't bother them. I decided to contact a higher office in Beaumont, because that's where everything wheelchair related comes from. They are no better. And the "top" man there named Louis (Lewis?) is one of the most incapable people in the business.
