They were great until we set up a double payment. They harassed us daily although we spoke to a gentlemen already in regards to making a double payment the following month. The measures they took to harass us for example threatening to call ref’s although they already spoke up, threatening to turn off the car, calling upright 5-6 times a day (I have proof phone bills don’t lie) and even falsely advertised Covid options (watch for the class action if they sent that to you in a email).
