Very disappointed with PrixCar Townsville’s unprofessional service. We are a Brisbane dealership and a regular customer, but this experience was unacceptable. We booked a Nissan Patrol for collection from Manheim Townsville to Brisbane. The first collection failed due to a battery issue when they inspectedthe car for pick-up. We fixed by replacement the battery it and paid $120 re-collection fees. Very happy with this service. Special thank you to Paul in the call centre as he was exceedingly helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Great example of how excellent staff are the backbone of a good business.

This is the second time I’ve used this company for an interstate car delivery service in the last 24 months and again had an excellent experience. Car was ready 4 days early, I was notified as requested and picked it up from the depot. This allowed me to save 4 days of car hire. The car suffered nil damage and dust had been hosed off which I wasn’t expecting. The staff were also very friendly and helpful both ends. Highly Recommend :-)

I found the staff very rude and unhelpful in the townsville branch. The car left the Gold Coast in pristine condition, when it was delivered it was filthy, could not look through the windscreen, I might have well pick it up and driven it home myself. Will I use prixcar again, no. The Townsville staff were very unfriendly, you don't just drop a car off and squirt it with a hose and think its clean. Staff were rude. As customer service skills if I could give you a minus 1 star that's what you would get.
