This is the second time I’ve used this company for an interstate car delivery service in the last 24 months and again had an excellent experience. Car was ready 4 days early, I was notified as requested and picked it up from the depot. This allowed me to save 4 days of car hire. The car suffered nil damage and dust had been hosed off which I wasn’t expecting. The staff were also very friendly and helpful both ends. Highly Recommend :-)

I found the staff very rude and unhelpful in the townsville branch. The car left the Gold Coast in pristine condition, when it was delivered it was filthy, could not look through the windscreen, I might have well pick it up and driven it home myself. Will I use prixcar again, no. The Townsville staff were very unfriendly, you don't just drop a car off and squirt it with a hose and think its clean. Staff were rude. As customer service skills if I could give you a minus 1 star that's what you would get.

Worst car freight company I've ever dealt with brought a car in Mackay so they send it to Brisbane then to Townsville to be told it was quicker that way while in the middle of a cyclone. On what planet is it quicker to send a vehicle further south to turn around and send it back north,cyclone or not makes no sense to me but they got the name right prix car Aka pricks car

Took my car to be shipped to Tasmania from Townsville on the 22nd of July 2024 and to my surprise my car was in Tas on the 2nd of August 2024 ie 11 days!! No damages on my car. What an excellent service from Prixcar, keep it up!! And to add on their customer service is top notch!!
