Worst service.
Poor communication, extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with in person. Only called the day before to confirm drop off times, then expressed extreme displeasure that I had to move the 3-hour window by 1 hour given I could not reschedule work commitments with <24 hour notice. Extremely unprofessional attitude at time of drop off - belabouring the above point and making multiple snide remarks throughout (e.g. “obviously it drives” when I tried to start the car to make sure it ran).
Had an SUV shipped from Townsville to Canberra for $1400. No problems at all and car arrived early and undamaged
