Misleading business, will take your money and have so far refused refund for a “futile pickup” where no evidence can be provided that a futile pickup occurred. Numerous requests for escalation however denied. Have booked with Car Movers instead and so far so good, would not bother with this tinpot company
Difficult to deal with. Very Unhelpful. A slow delivery company for interstate delivery. Signed sales contract on 23/7/2026. Today is 6/8/2026, and we are still waiting for the car delivery, with no idea where the car is located or if in deed it is in transit. Interstate buyers need to stay away.
Had quick service and my car delivered in time in the same condition it left. I note some negative comments here. The damage they show is no way related to transport damage. Just scammers.
Disgusting and lack of care. We recently had a wheel chair accessible vehicle for my sister transported from WA to Vic with Prixcar. The Prixcar vehicle condition report when it left WA did not indicate any damage in the upper left front corner of the car, this damage was clearly caused during transportation. Prixcar have now twice refused to accept the damage during transport. We are now being told "Prixcar does not provide insurance cover for transported vehicles" yet the team member has "Insurance Claims" on their email s... read more
Aidan in the move my wheels truck was absolutely amazing. Exceptional value to his company and the car arrived in perfect condition. I am very unwell and he had no issue helping me with anything I needed! 10/10. :) He is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you :)
