Don't go with them,The delivery just handed over the key and let you take it. They never notify you that you need to check everything before you take it. And they left straight away. Once you take your car and find the damage, they will not admit anything. Your driver should let the customer know they need to check everything is right before taking over.
Similar to other poor reviews. If I could give negative stars I would. Car was brand new from the dealer in VIC and arrived in Perth filthy inside and out. There was paint scraped to bear metal on a large section of the front bumper. Has taken the best part of 12 months to organise a claim to get this repaired. I could not recommend anyone more to go and use literally any other company..
Car was picked up at the time agreed and transported from Perth to Townsville, it arrived 5 days earlier than scheduled with no damage, no complaints at all Thanks Prixcare.
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company ever. Do not trust with your vehicle. My car was destroyed upon arrival in WA from QLD. I had to purchase a new car once here. My car was in perfect condition when handed to these Prix. Sneaky and scam artists. The trouble it would take to go to court for this against a giant company who has done this multiple times (check out the reviews and sub reddits on these monsters) gotten away with it isn’t worth it.
