Highly recommend! We ordered the club jacket and unfortunately had a postal theft occur (or they didn't drop it off at all?) and although Canada Post wasn't helpful at all.. Kat with PRIV stepped in and solved the problem. She was more than fantastic to communicate with. Currently have a new jacket on the way and they even offered to change the size if needed:) very happy and will continue ordering from PRIV in the future. Thanks Kat! Side note: I've seen the jacket on other teammates and there worth every penny :)

Great store, but the hours are only during business hours :(
I love this store and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the ladies in store were so kind and accommodating. No questions asked and they were a joy to chat with. The quality of the clothing is excellent and I can’t recommend them enough!
