I have to lead with a response to seeing a one star review from Maryann Porter who absolutely confused two different stores. I say that with confidence because not once but twice “J Seitz & Co” the experience was horrible as on two separate occasions my in-laws and myself were followed horribly around the store and another time with my mother. We went and shopped at J Seitz and Plain Goods and we felt welcomed and bought quite a few things. Going into this store really felt unwelcome. Maybe they have been taken but don’t treat every potential customer like they are going to steal. We would have purchase but instead are writing this review. Rethink your strategy. Maybe say hello to your customers.
