Marcos Quinones is a former software engineer which made a career transition to psychotherapy because he wanted to help people. Being a software engineer myself, I felt that he could understand me the best. When I came to see him, I was feeling depressed and I would sometimes get panic attacks in social situations. I took a Dialectical behavior therapy class with him. It was a great class! The activities done in class was so life changing for me in a positive way. I began to accept myself more and be more comfortable with myself. I always looked forward for his class. This class was an "Aha"..moment for me.
