As a Finance Broker I have found the team at Private Mortgages to be quick, responsive and practical in supporting my clients finance needs. Quite refreshing to have a lender working so positively to achieve an outcome satisfactory to all parties.
It’s government housing located in the same complex as the hotel. I stayed there and unfortunately did not feel safe, as there appeared to be some suspicious and disruptive people living in the building. There were also incidents involving the police. I felt that management did not do enough to ensure the safety and wellbeing of hotel guests. Very good location. Nice large room. Well equipped
Rooms pretty spacious. I got the one without a view, I didn’t mind. Toilet is a bit small. Location is great close to public transport and restaurants. 10am check out is a bit too early for my liking. I did get extended to 11am without charge.
