Working with Rafahael and his assistant Andrea was such a great experience! I really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with—they were quick to respond to everyone, and their bilingual skills in Spanish were a huge help for our clients. This lender wasted 6 weeks to ultimately fail to provide anything of value or service. Despite allegedly having a background in appraisals he was only able to review subpar properties on Zillow and tell me those were comps. If I could give 0 stars I would.
