Ignored after bell ringing then phoned whilst at reception as well as a very frail couple trying to get tall yellow hair female staff's attention a few metres from reception. Then quizzed with very deliberate interrupted closed replies. Not friendly nor welcoming this afternoon. Very poor standard towards a healthcare coordinator
I volunteer there with my dog.. all the staff are really friendly and helpful..
My visit to this facility was to explore it as a possible next step for my 93 year old disabled partner. I was impressed with the welcoming and hospitable atmosphere and the friendliness of staff. Thank you for an informative and helpful visit.
