In July 2016 they came to my home to do an appraisal and find buyers for some of my antiques. I paid them $250 and was told I would hear back in two weeks. It is not October 24, 2016 and I have heard nothing. Michael refuses to answer my emails, return my calls or contact me. Do not use them unless you get an iron clad written guarantee. I just threw away $250.
