I hired a 1-on-1 from Private Care Management to be with my child at a special needs summer camp. No one ever showed up for my child and when Private Care finally returned my phone call an hour later they said the person that was supposed to go to camp with my child had no car and no way of getting there. They had no one else to send as a back up for my child. All I got was an apology. Very unprofessional.
