My husband and I went to cash a check at this bank while visiting Savannah. The women who work there were very kind. The building was beautiful but had a bad odor.
It's fine. The atm is accessible and works, the brach is clean, not open Saturday though. The real issue is there are few tellers, and to get help you need an appointment and gen we ally the bank "officers" are completely powerless to do anything for you beyond looking up things on their computers. No decisions, no real help. Just liveware for the computers.

Tellers Sydney and Toni were very efficient and helpful when cashing out some bonds of mine.
At this branch, Bank Teller SYNDEY was literally the most helpful and respectful teller I have ever experienced!
