My business had been utilizing a Bank of America corporate credit card and I closed the account and in retaliation Bank of America has restricted my access to my statements for that account. I need those documents for tax purposes, and they have made it incredibly difficult to obtain my credit card statements. I would avoid doing business with any bank of america location due to the way they operate and conduct themselves.
The worst bank and managers I have seen. For 3 months they cannot complete something as simple as delivering a new credit card. Managers are arrogant, rude, with zero working ethics or professionalism. If they cannot complete something simple as issuing a, new card, do you think they can handle something more complex such as bussiness transactions and wirk orders? This place and the people there are nothing short of a grotesque what a, bank should be.
