Horrible bank.
I’ve been with Bank of America for over 20 years, but the lack of real-world support over the past eight has been incredibly frustrating. There are almost no ATMs left in the city. One of the last downtown locations is now just an empty wall, and the other three have been removed over the past few years. It’s honestly baffling—how are we supposed to use a bank that’s no longer accessible? From what I can tell, there’s only one ATM left in the Valley and one on the South Hill. This is NOT a B of A banking location. Nor is there B of A drive-through in the area. The reason this still shows up on Google Maps is because B of A once (4 years ago) had an actual banking location here. They moved out during the pandemic but still have ownership of the building, which retains their name.
