This is coming from the owner of the spa!! After I was canceled on 6 times for emergencies. As terrible as the circumstances were, I simply wanted my money back! The services were not provided so just refund the money! Customer is always right. Terrible business practices.

This place is a joke! Cynthia or whatever her name is coaxes you in through the groupon and makes you an offer you can’t refuse on a “package” then you never hear from her again. Then you are out $500!! The one facial I did get from my Groupon was subpar. Massage was terrible. Save yourself the worries and DO NOT go! I can’t fathom how she is still in business.
