I’ve been calling for weeks about a vehicle I sold to them and I’m being charged $1,000 by the MVA bc they never removed tags. They’re not able to locate the title. All they have to do is write a letter confirming they purchased the car from me and refuse to do it- costing me $1,075 to title my new car. So frustrating. And hard to get in touch with.
I repaired my Prius '07 Hybrid Battery from Jack. He is amazing. He repaired it in 2 hrs and gave a valuable information on how to maintain a good battery life. He saved me a lot of money. They are legit and honest people. If your Prius battery has problems, there is no need of replacing it with 2.5k+ new battery. After the service he not only didn’t fix the problem but the Bluetooth and Maps does not work. His warranty on his work was never honored and currently he received payment for incomplete work and made the problem worse. Stay away, I have no confidence in this provider
When I initially met Jack and his grandson, I thought they were thorough and honest. Definitely more honest and thorough than mechanics. They provided a lot of detail on what was wrong with my Prius and the things to avoid to ensure I didn’t have any issues.
