I hired them for my companies accounting needs and it has been a nightmare since. The (admitted) lack of communication led to my estimated payments not getting me within safe harbor. I was charged ~$9k late penalties from IRS of which they took no financial responsibility. I'm currently speaking with tax attorneys to try to get them to own responsibility for this. Couldn't have asked for more from an accountant. Bodine Perry and his team knew what they were doing, responded quickly when I had questions, and were able to communicate the tax world in a way that I understood. Tax season always stresses me out!
