Terrible customer service. Was told we cannot rent a van because we are unemployed even though we would be footing the bill up front and paying for additional insurance. In this instance how are people who are disabled or retired supposed to rent?? They lied to us and told us this was a standard policy and no company would rent to us. We phoned 3 other local companies after this and they all said we’d been lied to and had no issues renting a van to us. We have now booked in with a local competitor.
