Terrible customer service. Was told we cannot rent a van because we the driver is a unemployed carer even though we would be footing the bill up front and paying for additional insurance. In this instance how are people who are disabled or retired supposed to rent?? They lied to us and told us this was a standard policy and no company would rent to us. Rented a vehicle for two days to help with a house move, excellent friendly service, would use again without any hesitation.
