A strange thing to say, really but i had the pleasure to buy a used car from Pritchards, no hard sell no pressure nothing was to much trouble for the staff. A good part ex amount for my car. I would recommed this family firm to anyone.

Wonderful service from Pritchards after another van rental company let us down on moving day. They provided a van immediately, no issues, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again - a family run company providing a much better service than a very well known national provider

Found the car on the AA used car website and from start to finish the experience was brilliant. The team were super helpful and professional, answering all our questions clearly and making the test drive really easy to organise. I loved that it’s an all-in-one garage — having a mechanic on site and knowing we can bring the car back here for servicing , mot, and anything else is a huge bonus.
