This is a "full service" piano business ~ the staff are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, they provided an individual tutorial on the multitude of functions of our new digital piano, helped my 9 year old grandson connect his device to the piano, and even assisted with account password issues he's had for months! And they offer piano instruction, both on site and at other locations. I'm confident they will be there for us if we have any questions or concerns in the future.
I went to Pritchards Pianos to buy a new digital piano. From the beginning, both Clark and Mary Beth were extremely kind, knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service and support. It took several months to find the right digital piano for me, and I ended up with the Roland HP-704 and I am extremely happy with it! The owner, Clark, really cares that each customer is satisfied with their purchase and will work with you every step of the way to help achieve this.
